        — creación de las carpetas de red correspondientes a la estructura del Cuadro de Clasificación del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona y de acuerdo con la directriz técnica para la organización de los documentos y de los directorios electrónicos,

        — la implementación comportará, también, la adecuación de los sistemas de trabajo en materia de gestión de documentos,

        — se presupone del adjudicatario el conocimiento en profundidad de los instrumentos del sistema AIDA que tendrá que adaptar a las necesidades de los trabajadores municipales, destinatarios finales de este proyecto.
