      El valor total del contrato se establece en 239 700 EUR, importe que se corresponde a la suma de las 3 anualidades a auditar (2017, 2018 y 2019). El importe correspondiente a una anualidad es 79 900 EUR (IVA excluido).

      Cada anualidad comprende una parte fija, la correspondiente a la auditoria de cuentas anuales (64 900 EUR) y un importe máximo de 15 000 EUR/anuales para las auditoria de proyectos. Ahora bien dado que el número de proyectos no puede ser determinado a priori con precisión, se establece este presupuesto máximo de 15 000 EUR para la auditoria de proyectos y se determina por precios unitarios y de trato sucesivo, siendo la oferta presentada por el adjudicatario de: 450 EUR (IVA excluido) para los proyectos tipo A; 720 EUR (IVA excluido) para los proyectos tipo B y de 1260 EUR (IVA excluido) para los proyectos tipo C.

      El valor total final del contrato contempla la totalidad de prórrogas previstas y posibles modificaciones, así el contrato será prorrogable 3 ejercicios más desde su finalización y las prórrogas se realizaran ejercicio a ejercicio y se prevé un incremento o decremento de hasta el 30 % de los recursos iniciales.
